I ordered maps for navigation in the car. I went through the instructions on the site with the definition of the vin number, but the drive that they sent me is for another system, and there is an error on their site. a month of communication with their service department did not lead to anything. They gave answers by mail 1 time in 3-10 days, all they can say is \contact your regional dealer\ or confirm that yes, they do not suit me. The phone number that is listed on the site does not work, for several days I tried to call them even in those small hours in which they should work, but even so - the answering machine is on repeat. Strongly not recommended. Very poor service.

Terrible service! I've bought a Map update which is impossible to install. Customer service is just ignoring my complains. Better to avoid this company and their products.
I received my update for my navigation system in my opel insignia (Navi 900 NGI 2.0 Europe 2018). This was in promotion by Opel. After installation I notice that roads which are in use from medio 2017 are not present. After checking the date of the files on the update flash drive, the map files are from January 2017. The next question is: How up-to-date is the information on the map files from January 2017? Probably from medio 2016. So I bought an update in june 2018 which contents map information til medio 2016. That isn't an update 20148, but an update 2016.
