Terrible housing agency. There are several issues with Friendly Housing: - Very bad communication: I do not receive mails all the time from them (while other roommates do get them), if I have a complaint or question responses often take multiple days or I do not get a response at all. - No 'sympathy': for example, when there are complaints, they respond with answers such as 'just deal with it' - Low quality (cleaning service): e.g. for our shared facilities we get once a week cleaning ladies, but these do not have enough time/resources to clean these well enough - Bad handling after termination of rental contract: (i cannot say this out of my own experience since i am still living in a FH house) Many roommates which have ended their FH contract have complained with me they are very stingy and can screw you over. In short, if you do not necessarily need to rent a home at friendly housing, I would highly not recommend it. They seem to abuse the shortage of houses and rooms in NL (Eindhoven for me)
Avoid this company. Just avoid. I'd suggest they rebrand and get an \un\ in front of their company name.
Very positive experience throughout the 2 years we were renting via Friendly Housing. Always very responsive in a timely and friendly manner.
