So far the worst service I've ever experienced in the Netherlands. I ordered online a second hand lens and received with with a big damage on the lens, so I sent it back the next day. Even though their website says \30 day free return\ they blamed me for the damage (I retured it within 24 hrs) and they refused to accept the return, saying they did not send me the lens with that damage. They only offered to change the front element of the lens and made me pay for it when they totally sent the lens like that. Be careful ordering from them, they are shameless!

I came to spend 4000 on camera. Had to wait 40 minutes and still wasn't helped. Its ok if you attend to clients, but when you discuss your traveling experience on the phone while people waiting - maybe its not the best idea. The shop has broad assortment but seems like not interested on selling it .
Great and fast service
I ordered a 4K-HDR beamer, CameraNu is the cheapest website wich propose the product I wanted (300 eur difference). The help desk was very effective when I had some questions. The delivery to France was of 3 working days. Perfect!
