I bought a bed two and a half months ago and it was a big mistake. The person who sold it to us did not even ask in which position we like to sleep. That's why the mattresses were not properly selected for our body. I was in the store twice asking for a replacement for a softer one but nobody has reacted to this day. I wake up with back pain every morning...sooo bad!
My partner and I had a very good experience in the shop. The personnel were very helpful, patient and polite, even though we went to the shop 30 minutes before closing time on Christmas eve.

Wat een topervaring van Auping. We hebben weliswaar lang moeten wachten (ook op de levering van een hardere kern), maar goed corona heeft voor de nodige problemen gezorgd. De service en nazorg was in ons geval enorm goed. Ook het advies in de Auping Store te Eindhoven was een fijne ervaring, stukken beter dan de verkooptechnieken die we terugzagen bij de andere beddenzaken. Hopelijk kunnen we nog lang met onze Auping Tone doen!
