Extremely disappointed! I’d have given -1, if I could! Firstly, they promise on the website that your product will be delivered next day even buying with other product that is not possible to be delivered immediately. Then, they don’t update about our order or give at least a parameter or a solution: send products separately, at least! They promise they will do whatever they can, but guess what? Nothing happened and it’s been three days since I placed my order, and apparently I’ll be receiving only tomorrow! Worst store ever! Instead saying: “look, come and pick up your order, we can arrange it immediately”, they said “well, cancel your order then”

Outstandingly bad service and completely inadequate prices. The staff lacks any technical knowledge and their only goal is to sell you the most expensive item.

I went there looking for quality advise (what I expect from an Apple reseller) and of course during the purchase everything was super sweet. I bought an IPhone and a screen protector they claim was \Better than glass\, I liked the gorilla glass, but new technology sound good... so I took it! They where so nice... Far from real. The protector was scratched the day after. I went back to ask why a protector \Better than glass\ looked so bad as old plastic protectors and cost 10 euro more than glass. They did not care. I requested a change but, of course, was denied. But I accepted. I asked for the responsible and give her an advice: \Using lies as arguments to increase the purchase is not good to keep your customers coming back to you. And that is exactly what you did.\ She was cocky and superior: \We didn't do anything wrong.\ Well, what you didn't do right was taking care of your customer needs, so basically you loose a customer. And if you are reading this review I will tell you there are more polite sellers around. At the end Amac Eindhoven is as customer focused as Media Markt. No difference at all. So if you are looking for quality advice do not look here. And to the responsible of the shop: This is my review and is only dropping down your score. Please keep on being like that ;)
