After finding this place years a go by chance we have returned multiple times in the 2 week block they are open to the public in January for Brunch on the Deck. With plenty of choices in the area we were sold as from our first visit we were told we could use the facilities after our meal. What a fabulous way to get return customers and to advertise to book a function we thought. A walk, a game of tennis and or a swim in the pool, it became a family favourite every year. Today after brunch we once again went for a walk and had a swim thinking what a wonderful place and felt so relaxed after a horrible year. Two of the staff came down for a swim and we were told very rudely by Rozanne to get out and unless we wanted to to pay to stay there we weren't welcome. We immediately left with kids crying and us all very upset at being treated like lepers. In conclusion, we try hard to support local and we have sung your praises to friends and family who also come for brunch and use your facilities. What was once something special for our family is now tainted by todays rudeness and lack of professionalism. You may consider reviewing your policies on opening your beautiful property up to patrons again when there are other places who also do great brunches and dinners, being able to have a splash in the pool with the kids after our meal was a winner for us. Today should heen handled so much better and if this is how Holmesglen train their managers then that also needs reviewing.

Holmesglen at Eildon is a nice, peaceful and cosy destination for those who are looking to spend their time with nature and also to those who wants a gathering or seminar in a peaceful environment. My 2 nights and 3 days was wonderful experience with healthy and tasty food, best living and sports. TableTennis to swimming, pool to basketball, football to horse ridding, it was an wonderful experience. Four star is because of the bugs that move around all through the night but if you secure your room properly, you dont have to think about it. Thanks
We have just spent the most amazing 5 days for our company conference at Holmesglen. Sue and Corey were fantastic, and we can not thank them enough for looking after us. The food was outstanding - would highly recommend this venue to anyone - it has a high degree of professionalism and charm.
Beautiful 360 panaromas, amazing food served by friendly people and a pool with a view! What more could you want in a conference centre! Want to stay overnight and enjoy the sunset and sunrise? Book to stay in your own air conditioned room with bar fridge and telly or take a walk in the serenity and commune with the kangas. Big foodie? No problem! Fresh caught, picked, cooked or baked... the kitchen has it all! Vegie patch out the back as well as a games room to destress and relax from conferencing too hard! Thanks Corey, Sue, Liza and Team!
