Had a similar experience to someone else here. Took my new car to get detailed and when I got home I noticed dry chemical marks on the rear view mirror. I got them to wipe it off all good, but when i got home i noticed spotty marks on the dash board and on some plastic trim in the rear. I took it back and told them but they assured me that they don't use chemicals on the interior, but I know that's a lie because water won't dry and leave coloured streak marks on the interior glass. The marks now won't come off as they have set into the painted interior trim pieces. And this was a part of a 300 detail. To be honest I was happy with the exterior detail, but the interior detail has ruined the experience.

I realise this guy is cheap but be aware that he uses cheap labour and cheap chemicals! He takes cash only so everything is off the books. Worst car wash and the worst customer service ever! Had my car washed 2 months ago and they used some chemicals that took the paint off my wheels. When I picked it up I told him about it and he said that that's how they do it. So after a bit of arguing he gave me his card and asked me to contact him the next day. Which I did. He sent me another contact who does wheel painting on Albany highway who couldn't slot me in for nearly a month. So after getting in getting my wheels painted I tried to wash the outside myself with a Karcher and that started taking the paint off. So I went back to the wheels guy and he said that he will get in touch with me after talking to the owner of Egy. I have contacted the guy again and bad news. I should have mentioned it as soon as I got my wheels painted! How was I supposed to know? 2 months and nothing has been done about the wheels.
Don't get your car washed here unless you are prepared for it to be ruined. Paid 35 for an inside and outside wash a few weeks back. They sprayed some chemicals on the dash board and didn't wipe it off. When I noticed the marks and cleaned it off with a moist cloth, the paint of my dash board came off with it. Now my dash board looks like a leprosy patient.
These guys were great - my vehicle was in and out quickly, and looked brand new. Thanks guys!
Great carwash fast and cheap looked new again
Went there, hard to find (small sign on the walk path), didnt know where to park (no signs at all), didnt know whom to talk with (again no signs or designated area, then the guy that seems to be the manager was really rude (i reckon he was having a bad day, too much work looking at facebook or something.....) not the way you treat costumers, specially new ones. not gonna take my business or recommend this place anyway...
