Awesome gym with great folks and a super cool owner. Like that \hole in the wall\ that serves delicious food. Worth checking out!

No nonsense gym. Bros will hate it here.
Lift heavy things. Get strong.
If you are looking for an old school, family feeling, iron loving gym... EGO is where you need to be. Great atmosphere to train and become a stronger version of yourself. EGO, despite the name, is a very humble gym full of knowledgeable athletes that take the time to help you in every way. The Dougherty brothers have created a wonderful brand and have been killing it with the opening of their new gym.
The gym owner, Lee, is a sweet, no-nonsense guy who created a fantastic, no-nonsense place to train. The community here is wonderful and supportive.
