In love with my hair cut by Jack!! Came in for a cut and the service was professional, quick and friendly. He even styled my new look for me. Definitely will be coming back again. All for a great price too!

Would give a 0 but dont have the option... I went in for a brown/blonde balayage and came out with patchy ginger hair and a burned scalp from the bleach, this was done by Natalie and an apprentice and when i complained to Jo the owner she fobbed me off telling me i did not have ginger hair, wouldnt have minded so much had she offered to fix the mistakes that had been made but was told i would be charged for this as she didnt think there was a problem! As for the service it was chaos, it was all over the place with staff even commenting on why the owner was walking around chatting away on her phone when it was so busy! I have attatched a pic of what i wanted which i showed them and also the mess that is now my hair.

I can't speak highly enough of Ashley - I popped in to see her for a consultation as I wanted something different done and after being fobbed off by other hairdressers and told 'my hair won't go red', she actually spent time listening to what I wanted and explained how we'd get it to work, no problem at all. I'm so pleased with the result of my red ombre, it's exactly what I asked for - plus, she's super friendly and easy to chat to as well, which is much needed when you're in for 4 hours!

A really lovely salon to visit. Ellie and Jo always make my hair look amazing. I trust them to decide on the cut and colour and each time I have been more than pleased with the result. All the staff are friendly and the salon is a relaxing place to spend a few hours being pampered.

Took my daughter for her first ever haircut - cut over a metre off for charity - she was very nervous and they did a fab job of both looking after the family, making her feel at ease and of course a fabulous cut! Thankyou!
