This company over the past three days has taken 300 dollars from several different gift cards that I was given. They are fraudulent company that I have never purchased anything from. Somehow they were able to take all my gift card values. I try to call their number but no one answers this is beyond me. I really don’t understand how this company is in business. Do not buy anything from them I never did and they stole from me.

No HUMAN contact WHATSOEVER! I'm literally angered by this alone. I understand that eGifter fine its bothers sum to answer questions but as a company, YOU MUST understand when someone spend money on your website and you rejected the order that's cool but my MONEY IS NOT BACK ON MY CARD!!!!!!! I'm not upset lol about My the order being rejected . This is actually not the first time this happened to me. But I get my money back . I just want ETA.I'm done using this site after today.

(Please see Edits below): I would rate this company lower than 1 star if possible. I have never seen such poor customer service from anyone. After 10 calls during business hours, I was hung up on every time after selecting the option to connect to their Customer Support line. I left multiple voicemails in the general inbox and for marketing/pr directly without any reply. This company unfortunately has terrible customer service, and I would be hesitant to partner with this company or even give them my money. They seem to have very shady business practices and are not here to help the end user. Edit 1: After 22 direct calls and a voicemail to the CEO, I did receive a call back from the support team, and was able to help get my issue resolved. Support staff noted there was an issue with the support system, and upon receiving confirmation that is fixed, I will raise review based solely on the customer service from Bill from their support team. Edit 2: Bill from the eGifter support team followed, and I was able to test and confirm the support call number was functioning properly. I again want to thank Bill from the eGifter support team directly, I appreciate his willingness to help and follow up with me upon issue resolution.

I ordered my item over 24 hours ago I verified my purchase and everything yet I’ve still received nothing. I’ve contacted on every platform at this point if I don’t get a response by the end of day I’ll be calling the authorities to file a police report for theft.

They offered a promo for 90 for a 100 lowes gift card, then cancelled the transaction for a lot of buyers within hours of offering it. Saw on the forums other buyers had the same issue. They claim their system denies valid transactions occasionally, but it seemed like everyone had the same issue. Perhaps they were just harvesting new user signups for spam purposes or getting the customer's credit card info. They refused to honor the promo prices later on. Would not recommend.

Do NOT use this service unless you like to throw money at random companies and receive nothing in exchange except frustration dealing with abominable service. Do NOT work with this company (that’s you Visa Vanilla and PayPal), unless you’d like to be thanked by eGifter assigning blame to you, damaging your good will. Now, it’s anti-customer service has stopped responding to me entirely while the company holds entirely onto my funds without delivering anything.

Good concept. The CEO is brilliant. Once geo tracking is built in and more people get approved for orders of gift cards, the company and its services should explode. Need to outsource some of the IT. Too many bottlenecks and too much unnecessary stress. Consumers can save money by accumulating points on your purchases and apply on a future purchases. Makes it worth the effort.

I bought a gift card on eGifter. Unfortunately, I made a mistake in the email address I gave them. They never informed me that the email address didn't exist and that the gift card was undeliverable; I found out from the friend I had tried to send it to. That was 2 weeks ago. I have been trying to have the gift card sent to the correct address since; with no luck yet. I am about to go through my credit card company to dispute the charge. Such a shame. It would be an easy fix. Instead my friend still doesn't have his birthday present and I've had a lot of frustration with the process. I will never use eGifter again.
