My parents have an apartment at this site. It is a beautiful setting and has all you would want in terms of facilities - although these do come at a hefty service charge. However sometimes there are real difficulties in getting any issues solved, which should not be the case when those who live here are paying so much monthly. Individual problems that are incurred are rarely addressed by staff. The food in the restaurant is inconsistent, as is the speed of service, all of which can be very frustrating. Some external areas were not salted or cleared whilst there was snow and general minor issues get ignored. 2 pleasant maintenance guys are insufficient for the amount of work that is required. This is all a shame as things could be so good...
