I bought 2 slice of cake 1 with fruit and chocolate one. Both have a disgusting taste of mould on the tip cream. Please i want say look after your products and check if are expired and keep them well stored as should be.

Great place to get a cake. I got 3 large cakes ordered for my daughters Aqeeqah party and nearly forgot to pic them up on the Saturday with everything going on. Jaipa who works in the Watford branch was fantastic enough to call me before the store was due to close and even waited for me after the store was closed as I was stuck in traffic. Without her waiting for me I would have had a 100 guests with no cakes. Special thanks to Jaipa for the outstanding customer service. A great employee........ Cake box look after her, she is an asset to your company

My uncle.,his daughter and my younger brother have a egg allergy. We buy egg free cakes from cake box. The cake is very light and tastes scrumptious I love their cakes️️. I would recommend anyone with a egg allergy to go to cake box. If you have a nut allergy some of the cakes have toasted nuts around the side, please ask your local cake box store for more details about nuts.️️️
