The employee talks to the customer in an unpleasant way, talks too fast, have no smile and keep a straight face, rushed things up and makes you feel like your wasting their time. personally I didn't like that!! Another concern; it's more expensive!! the price doesn't match with the other branches in Birmingham.

I have visited this shop at west bromwich on 18th January and i did not think i could get such authentic egg less cake in west brom but apparently i was wrong. cake was super delicious . sharing the pic as well. thank you chef for awesome preparation . kuddos to team and many more to have in future. Best Wishes guys. 6 star service :)
