A popular locals venue (always a good sign). A lovely team of bright-eyed, smiley ladies and freshly cooked food. We stayed with friends this weekend and as it was the Dearly Beloved’s birthday and we wanted to thank our hosts, we rolled in here around 10:00. We had a selection of breakfasts between us, cooked fresh to order, absolutely superb! Can highly recommend if you are staying in the area.

Horrid. Ordered sausage and tomato sandwich, sausage and egg, egg sandwich and ham salad sandwich to take out. Was told they had no breadcakes so would be done on bread. When we got home the bread had not been buttered. Two thin sausages with a SMALL splodge of tomoto in centre. Egg sandwich was over cooked and very dry, again no butter. Salad was starting to go brown. Was first time Id been and will not go back. 10.50 and it was like it had been slapped together! Not even ratable. Gave one star for staff politness, otherwise it wouldnt get any stars.

lovely breakfast this morning. good value for money and lovely friendly people. You can tell it's good by how very busy they are! We will be back
