I've have ordered two cakes from them 1 birthday and an anniversary. Both were excellent. They made them how I wanted and the price was fair. They also have cakes you can buy on walk in. Car park round the corner ten out of ten for quality and service

I Am Not Happy With The Service At this Cakebox. Whenever You Go In There Are Two Ladies Since Last Couple Of Months Who Always Be Talking And Seem To Ignore The Customer. The Service Used To Be Excellent Back When There Was This Pregnant Lady There Her Customer Service Skills Were Phenomenal. Used To End Up Buying Nearly Everything With Her. Now I Don’t Want To Even Go Back Because You Get Ignored. It’s Not Nice Feeling. Sort Your Front Staff Out.
WELL!!!!! Cakebox isn’t Cakebox anymore there used 2 be great staff during the week but not anymore!!!!! Even on the phone they r so rude!!!! The cakes aren’t fresh && the staff is so unfriendly && unprofessional for the past couple of months I’ve been going Very bad experience My Christmas cake was bad after complaining III asked 4 a refund && still noone got back to me! Where’s the rules at? PLZ PLZ sort this or u will loose customerz!
The fruit on the cakes isn't very fresh, I pick it off anyway, so can't really complain but took off a star for that.
