Afew weeks ago my 83yr old mam was given end of life care in hospital, after seeing one of her lense was broke I took them to her opticians (which were you) after getting them fixed i was able to pass them to a nurse (restricted visiting) whilst waiting for them being repaired mam improved so the day after she got her glasses she was transferred to a care home. On Tuesday I went to ave a quick visit at mams (thru a window without her knowing) it broke my heart...her new glasses ad disappeared..no one could help..I was mortified n crying. So today (Thurs) i went back to the same branch and told the fabulous young lady what had happened. Obviously I cried!! Her reaction was most sincere.. she helped me! She not only fixed me up with a brand new set (with chain) she did it within 15 minutes!! I cannot praise her enough. My mam will be over the moon. Thank you
