The facility itself was fine. I showed up and hour early for my 10am appointment for check in and they let me test immediately anyway because there was only three other people there. The staff was polite and friendly. There is 15/day parking. I was there for a little over an hour and was charged 8. Prometric does NOT validate. The company over all is atrocious. If I could avoid doing business with them I would. Please see my complaint lodged with the BBB for details.

Avoid this place. I’ve been to a few prometrics thus far, and all have had ample free parking. 15 dollars to park here! If I had known that I would have went to another place. Then, I’m here now waiting to be checked into my exam. At other places this process takes 5-10 minutes. It’s been 15 mi ties and looks like there is a bunch of people still needing to be checked in. Avoid this place and keep 15 in your pocket and avoid a long wait just to check into your test.
I had scheduled ck exam yesterday been preparing for it for over year, I get there they tell us the exam is canceled due to AC issue, all what they have is a ticket number, the attitude is bad .
It is the worse prometric ever. Very unfriendly. Especially TOEFL exam staff, they are extremely picky and are reporting to the ETS every minor thing which is not written in their policy. So I don’t recommend anyone to take exam in this terrible facility
This place is a mess. Too chaotic for taking test. Retaliation is harmful. Parking is not free either.
