Its not a bad place to live. People are friendly. Got that close , friendly, family atmosphere. Managers seem to be doin a good job. A little too many loose cats around fer my liking. But... as long as they stay outa my yard. Needs to be finished paving. If the owner is gonna raise the lot rent again he had better have a reason thats tangible and maybe beneficial to the tenants.
