We went for the first time and only time today. The food was not cooked well or seasoned well, rice was over cooked, no sauces at all made at the time we went. My daughter spilled her drink on the floor and the staff just placed a few napkins on the floor but left them there and didn’t pick them up and just left the mess.... service was slow and not a great experience....

I liked this restaurant. The food was incredibly tasty. The reason for the four stars is that there are other Japanese restaurants that have a more comfortable environment and better presentation, although the food itself is as good as any of them. But one typically goes to a Hibachi place to be entertained and wowed by the chef's knife-flipping skills. The owner is a very interesting gentleman with some stories to tell, and he is always happy to talk!

We called and made a reservation for 8 at 630 for a Saturday night dinner and it was confirmed via phone and an email from Charlie. All party was present and ready to go, after we went a searched for someone, since no one was attending the front door, to acknowledge we were even there we finally sat down at out table at 715. Another 15-20 minutes later we flagged down someone to put our drink order in. To which we were told there was no bartender on duty. We finally ordered - food is as good as any other hibachi restaurant. However the meals were served on styrofoam plates and we were given plastic forks. For 20-40 a plate that is just poor customer service. We won't return.

This is the best place in the metroplex for hibachi. Always super nice and the food is delicious.

Service was really good but super busy that was unexpected. What a great way to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday.
