Terrible customer service! I never use again. Manager was terrible. I try to refund something but they said there is no manager so they can not refund! But I just bought 1 min ago!! So I have to visit 3 times get refund from manager !!! What a customer service!!!!
Love their product
I like the product selection. They're unique things you can't usually get elsewhere. Staff are kind of pushy and in your face. When I say I just want to browse, please let me be. When I inquire about a product, I might actually be interested in purchasing it at the full price but when a staff member tells me that it's expensive, I get second thoughts.
The store got 100 times better since I went 4 months ago. The store manager was really helpful and welcoming. The products are great. Highly recommend!
