The drinks themselves were satisfactory - the pearls are not the freshest. And the size of the drink is a little underwhelming compared to the price. However it’s not too disappointing when it comes to bubble tea geared for a student crowd (which I assume it is). The reason I have given two stars to this establishment is due to the fact that we waited 10 minutes while the employee was preparing the drinks for another costumer only to find out that they had no pearls. Both my friend and I wanted to order the pearl milk tea, so we ended up going to another location with pearls. In the future, please make a sign to let customers know before they wait so long in line to find out that there are no more pearls (especially since it is such a pertinent aspect of many of the drinks).

Not sure if owner is the same but this review is for teapsy in HUB mall. If I can only give this 0, I will. Very poor customer service. They know lots of people buy from them and closes at 8PM yet they are out of toppings as early as 5pm already and don't make more which is not acceptable. If you close at 8PM then stop making excuses and make sure you are stocked up until you close! If you can't keep up with the demand then better just close early.
Came here all 3 days of MUN conference, service was sweet and bubble tea was good. Highly recommended their matcha icecream though!!!!
