My favourite Sephora in Edmonton, far less busy than the other locations throughout the city and they usually have what I want in stock. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff too!

Went to Sephora to get color matched for a foundation. They advised that the testers are not to be touched and a rep could help if I had any questions. i am totally okay with respecting that rule however I don't think I should have to wait upwards of 15 Minutes to be helped by someone. I asked the girl twice at the front door and she said it's going to be a couple minutes, she then tried to flag another staff member down for me but she snapped that she was on the phone. 15 minutes later I was able to catch the attention of an employee after she was wrapping up with another client. She was so amazing and so helpful and even helped me by checking me out in a way shorter line which was great after waiting so long. All in all, could be staffed better but the girl that helped me saved the experience from getting a 1 star from me.

I feel like the customer service has improved since reopening. The only thing is this (Just because I am wearing a baseball cap and no makeup does not mean I am stealing!) A little space please Other than that, you girls are awesome! and really friendly. Thank You for your service️
