This review is long overdue! I've had nothing but a great experience with Rohit. I purchased my house 2 years ago and the sale process with Pam was phenomenal. She has always gone out of her way to come say hi and holds events to get the Rohit home owners together. The small events have greatly built our community as everyone now knows each other. I am very fortunate to live in starling where Rohit is the developer. This company cares about people. The best part is that they pay attention to the small details. On numerous occasions I've opened my front door to find small gifts (all the houses in starling received them) sitting on my porch for no reason at all. One time they handed out free coffee one morning to everyone in starling who was leaving for work. I've even received a gift card as a thank you for planting flowers in my front yard and hockey tickets for a Halloween decorating contest. I've been following Rohit as a builder and developer and the one thing I am most amazed of is their community involvement in Edmonton. It is a breath of fresh air living in a community and owning a product from this wonderful company. Thank you so much for all the small touch points that you think of. You may not hear it enough but the community and owners really appreciate it. I would without a doubt recommend Rohit as a builder and developer as they actually care about their customers, community and Edmonton. The communication process doesn't end once you receive Possession of your home. They take the time to build community which is why I will purchase my second (and maybe third) home from Pam, Rohit and in Starling! If your looking for a builder that cares, I highly recommend Rohit and Starling!

RUN FOR THE HILLS. Warranty is a joke, trying to get the roof leak fixed. This issue has been going on for 3 months. Still not fixed. Guess what happens when you leave a leaking roof issue not fixed ??? Mold issues ??? It's Jan 5/ 2016 not fixed and getting worst, I have never sued some one , but this will be the first for me. Looking for a good lawyer !!!
This company exhibits a disturbing lack of candor in its treatment of its potential clients. Especially if you are dealing with Jean Paul: he is unprofessional, impatient and lacks basic human respect. I wish to get in contact with management regarding Mr. Jean Paul, and I encourage potential renters NOT to rent from this company as they will treat you very, very poorly.
This company is horrible to deal with. Complete and utter lack of respect to a potential client. Not now, NOT EVER!!! The worst I've ever experienced. Need any evidence of how bad a company is look at their reviews posted by a \Google User\ ie. themselves....
Incompetent! We purchased a duplexdetached garage on South side of Edmonton. When we moved in September our garage was not finished, but foundation was poured. In the beginning we could not been happier, and even with few hiccups in the house experience with builder response was excellent. Now, 4 months later, garage is still not finished and we stopped receiving communication from construction supervisor. Rohit's warranty department does not return our calls as well. Very disappointing, would not recommend this developer to anyone.
