I have been working with Candace at this location for over a year now for my business and I am always very impressed with the service I receive. Even in contacting her to simply ask print questions and not necessarily place an order at that time she is always willing to take the time to help me out and give me great answers and recommendations; I always appreciate getting to talk to someone who really knows their industry. I have worked with other print companies as well but Rayacom in general is most often my top choice as they have excellent customer service (both in-store and online) and a great variety of products (including some really unique finishes I have not found anywhere else) at good prices.
Very organized. Been ordering every couple weeks for over a year. Fast turnaround and was able to help us when we were in a hurry. Much more organized than the rayacom downtown. 10/10
Why would you offer 24 hour printing and have it take 72 hours and then I call and ask and no one is there so I show up and the shop is empty. I understand sometimes we need to run out and grab something but literally no one was there not even a be back later sign. Truely baffling.
Typically live Rayacom as a company, and the quality is always great, this review is with respect to the west end location, location is not the easiest to get to, and during a large portion of the business day there is no parking available without walking a block. As far as dealing with the office it seems very unorganized and often confused as to what is happening. Walked in today and stood at the front desk for over 10 minutes without anyone coming forward, called the office number and only got voicemail, eventually had to walk into the back room to get anyone attention only to be told he didn't know if my order was ready and I'd have to wait for the front staff to come back. Like I said overall great company we've dealt with for years but I'll stick to the downtown location from here on out.
Picked up my business cards today. They were ready on time and the quality is great.
