The team was absolutely amazing, from our first meeting to figure things out to the day of, they were quick to respond and worked with us to make the event as awesome as possible. Time and time again while working together they went above and beyond. The food was top notch, service was stellar and we could not have asked for anything more. Perfect all around!

We had Spanish tapas and it was delicious and super pretty. The platters were works of art. Had catering and bar service, the staff and bartender were very chill and helpful. Met with chef Dani prior to the event and she was accommodating with requests and made some thoughtful and wonderful suggestions that we hadn't considered. Same as a few others here, the communication with our coordinator took a bit of extra effort, but the company has sorted out it out for my event. And let me tell say, when it came down to it, Prairie delivered an off-the-hook meal and service. Wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.
Food was tasty and staff were friendly. Unfortunately they were highly disorganized and a source of a lot of stress leading up to my wedding. I had gotten married back in the fall and was disappointed with the service. Management changed many times and I found multiple errors on my invoice regarding rates and number of catering hours. They were over 20 minutes late for a meeting we planned at their main location. When I called to ask if they were still coming to meet me they told me they had mixed me up with another client and therefore got the meeting place and time wrong. Lastly some miscommunication had happened on how long food should be out which resulted in me having to play phone tag with parier catering the day before my wedding to discuss how I would like food put out. I would have liked to discuss the issue prior to one day before my wedding but Prairie Catering did not contact me about it directly until then. If it were not for the fact that I was locked into this catering company because of the venue I would have changed caterers. Again, food was delicious but I would have liked to have worked with a more organized company that valued my time more.
Prairie did an awesome job for our wedding. We had so many compliments on the food. The staff they provided were absolutely top shelf. Bartenders and servers. We had a few issues leading up to the day with changes in management but in the end they did an amazing job. It was a very large event and they absolutely killed it. The catering manager came out to the venue the day prior just to make sure everything was going to be set up to our specifications. The chef Dani is beyond amazing! Best baked beans I have ever had ! Thanks Prairie. We couldn't have done it without you!
We ordered all appetizers for our wedding. Everything was incredible. Presentation was fantastic and people are still asking me about one item in particular because they couldn't get enough of them (Risotto balls). Definitely would recommend to anyone.
