Had lobster sandwich. I found the food just okay, nothing special. Don't get the desert with ice cream: the scoops is tiny and the gallet is not really good (I have bias because my spouse is an excellent baker). Service is great!

Awesome location and the decor is simple, beautiful and fits perfect in Strathcona. I ordered the lobster roll and it was perfect choice, I think that is also one of the next deals you can get for food. The drinks are delicious, I was thirsty when I sat down and immediately had a bus to baton rouge, I drank that like water and ordered another one soon after ;) Their drinks are definetely next level from a regular bar so expect to pay a premium.
Enjoyed my first time at Pip; they have a nice selection of brunch and dinner options with reasonable prices. We had their Short Rib Eggs Benedict and Mushroom toast (vegetarian), which were both delicious. Their house hash potatoes were seasoned to perfection, and the dill hollandaise is to die for! We actually ordered extra on the side(2 charge) to dip all our food in creamy goodness. Given that it's a small restaurant, ensure that you join the waitlist on their website just before you leave the house. We were next in line once we arrived.
After a long time we went back to Pip and enjoyed their outside seats. Food was great as always. This time we had egg benedict and farmer's breakfast which both tasted fabulously.
