Dorothy, the second in command manager, is amazing. Very friendly, organized and thorough. All the ladies working there are great.
Waste of time ! They basically let you sit there waiting , knowing damn well they wont be sending you out that day. You could be the only one in the room waiting for a job and when something comes up they'll phone someone at their home, if they dont answer they will wait for that person to call back before even thinking of considering the perfectly able person whose already being sitting there waiting for hours to get dispatched.
