I needed a simple repair done on my work laptop. I called multiple businesses and was given outrageous quotes and prices. I was even told that I had to buy extra parts and provide my own parts for the repair. I called PCwhoop. They were able to do the repair (without me having to order parts prior to taking it in) also, the turnaround time was phenomenal; far less then any other place I called previously. Professional staff, polite customer service and their price was exactly what I could afford. If you need repairs; consider taking your computer or laptop to PCwhoop. They helped me get back to work, ASAP with a low-cost and friendly repair.

Excellent and quick service. My friends laptop HP screen was broken. Repaired in a little more then 2 hours. Had touchscreen got touchscreen in it. Support you local SME, and not the big box stores. Do your repairs here.
Left my laptop with them in October and it's still there. They called once after 2 weeks to tell me what needed to be done and then nothing. I've always been the one reaching out for an update and have always been told that \the tech will call you back\. Never have I been called back by the tech, ever. I understand the constraints with Covid going on but they can atleast call to update their customers once in a while. Waiting to call this week and just take my laptop back to bring it elsewhere.
The technicians quickly diagnosed my dead external hard drive and recovered all my files. I'm very grateful for their quick and efficient work and they were able to help me not lose five years worth of information. Thank you
Brought my laptop in after it flew off my laptop stand onto the floor. They took a bit to diagnosis it but at the end they were able to find the issue and fixed it. Price was very reasonable. Saved me tons repairing it rather than replacing it!
