Went to exchange a shirt the other day and when I did the cashier Marvin went to look for the size of specific of shirt I wanted for me but he couldn't find it. I was very surprised cause I had never really had a great customer service interaction like that before. Overall though the staff is friendly literally every single time I go in there and if you think otherwise you are probably having a bad day or your just cranky. If you are looking for the best new Nike designs for a pretty good price with good customer service this is your store.

Some of the finest customer service I have received from the crew working Thanksgiving 2020. The guy at the door that kept the line going was super positive & kept everyone's energy up on a rather chilly day. Staff inside extremely helpful. Lots of technical difficulties on the computers kept me waiting but again, staff constantly apologized and all tried to help. One of them inspected my shoes and found a defect then ran to find me a perfect pair. Wonderful experience & grateful to each one of you guys that had to work Thanksgiving. Truly appreciated! This will be my new go-to-spot

Boxing day, 100 person line outside. Rather cold. After waiting a while, employee came out and warned us all it's a 3 hr wait, and that boxing day sales would continue until Jan 3 if we didn't want to wait. Nice of him.
