I work with a marketing and strategy agency in Edmonton, and nexGen has done a lot of printing and deliveries for us over the last few months. Working with nexGen is a totally fantastic experience. Albert, our contact who is so on-the-ball it's crazy, always knows what's happening with our large (and often convoluted!) print orders. He really goes above and beyond to make sure we understand realistic deadlines, print management, and the nature (and science!) of printing itself. Sometimes I'm on the phone with Albert half-a-dozen times a day as we're making changes to proofs or organizing printing shipments, and he is always friendly and extremely patient. nexGen also handles shipping and deliveries (both in town and out of town) which is super helpful for us. I would highly recommend working with nexGen.
