Most horrible experience I have ever had with a gaming app. I Purchased Age of Empires and attempted to download it onto three separate computers. None worked. No one from the site would help me. They all said to look at what other people were saying about the failing app and do it myself. Installation was done but app would not open on any computer. All had a large amount of space. Very unhappy. Never buying anything from Microsoft again. Watch out if you are considering. Want a refund ASAP

Pretty much the worse as M technical support. I was looking for Razer Core v2 and I knew there will be a chance that they may not have it. Try to asked some staffs they had no idea what do they carry. One particular female staff looked me into my eyes and then walked away. Finally someone who told me that razer stuffs are showing at front and they don’t keep stuffs at the back. Right, if I am m retail manager, I would fire all staffs in there.

I went to buy a laptop and was wondering if spending money on windows device is good or not. I was guided by sanya very very well. She made all the quotations and even told me her practical side of getting what I wanted. She guided me and my friend really nice and also treated us really good. She gave a steal deal and so good price. I just loved being in the store and buying experience super awesome. Microsoft store rocks

Went in here knowing exactly what we wanted, so was an easy sale. The sales guy was a bit lower on his knowledge of the specs of the device, but good enough. I did appreciate that he mentioned that if the product went on sale within 30 days, we could bring in the receipt for a refund of the difference: way to look out dude.

Super friendly staff. More then willing to help you with your purchase and answer your questions. They were very patient with us while we chose the computer we wanted and accessories. Told us about some of the apps we could use with them. They were also very helpful over the phone when we called in with questions.

Oddly good. I'm use to the Apple Store and the "genius" bar rarely being able to fix things or even be knowledgeable. Went in today looking for a headset. Dude working there had tons of accurate info (I had already done my research) and made recommendations based on my uses. Also I was approached by at least three people when I walked into the store and as I was browsing around. No one was high pressure but they let me know they were available. It was a busy day but it's nice to know people are working

Microsoft's take on the Apple Store concept. Showroom, skies, and sport in one store. Prices are high but they have the stuff you need and the support options are as good as you're gonna find for windows. Good fit for seniors and people needing more hands on help with tech.
