Great deals if you wait for it, good service, overall not a bad computer store... lots of shelf items you wont find at lousy box stores and they have actual nerds on staff for helpful advice sometimes. Just as an expert consumer, I find better deals most of the time online... still, they match wherever they can... and are better than other available retailers.

I have bought my last three computers from Best Buy. They are off the shelf products with little knowledge from the sales people to get what I need. Upon entering Memory Express the setup is simple and friendly. It may feel overwhelming to someone who isn't tech savvy, however we were greeted promptly and after discussing our needs Ben our sales guy walked us through all the things we would need to build our computer. He answered all my technical questions about processors and video cards and printed us up a quote to take home so we could consider out options. I don't think I will buy a computer anywhere else now.
Usually really like it. I've had the odd prick on the other side of the counter but for the most part their staff are amazing, and very knowledgeable. Anything you need they can figure something out. Their prices are usually very good, but not as good as they used to be. They've started marking things up more than they used to over the last couple years but it's still my first choice for anything computer related.
I have built many Pc' s, be it friends or my own, from parts bought here. It is amazing being able to walk in and not usually have an issue finding what you want. The website makes it incredibly easy to check availability prior to even showing up, and the staff are educated, which makes asking questions easy. If I ever have had an issue with availability there are two other locations in Edmonton! Great company, great store! I will continue to use this service for any parts I need!
Well stocked inventory. Staff is extremely knowledgeable, and eager to help. The prices are also very reasonable. Honestly it's the only real choice for PC components and accessories.
Helpful and knowledgeable staff. They will try their best to figure out what you need, instead of what you think you need. Of course if you are knowledgeable yourself and already know what you need, you'll get it. The only problem is returning. You can, but the staff at the return counter is not as friendly or accommodating.
