I purchased a bunk bed from this company and I am very unhappy with the quality. The bed does not assemble together with the allotted supplies. As you will see in the pictures the top rail does not fit. My husband had to purchase extra-long bolts to even make it even fit together. The screw holes do not line up and in many cases are not drilled to the proper size. The lower bed frame supports do not even touch the floor they are at least an inch off the ground. In addition, we are missing a piece to support the overall structure. I reached out to customer service and have had no update or resolution. Stay away from this place. They don't even have a phone number that should have been a red flag. The savings is not worth it. Shop somewhere else. My rating is zero out of five stars.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced Lies and deceptions to wear you down. You finally just give up I will not ever deal with this company again, don’t let price fool you, they aren’t worth the hassle. 15 days later and my item is still not available for pick up..... took my money within minutes.... could have ordered off Amazon but tried to support local.... bad decision. I think I likely have lost my money and my item. Do not deal with this outlet.
Oh my how I love this store. Got so many amazing pool floaties for the kids last year and did most of my Easter shopping there. Can't say enough about the friendly staff. Wish there was a store on the Northside though.
This place is amazing, a lots of fantastic stuffs with comparable price. We bought the barbecue grill only 30 bucks and it’s very convenient to handle outdoor party and camping. Their stuff are very passionately helping you find whatever items in store. Lovely place will come back!
It was ok. Prices were good. Lots of products to choose from and good customer service
ZERO STARS!! Quite upset with the auction portion, I won items and firstly was very excited. I had to travel over 100km to collect them when I got home, I was missing an item. Secondly, one item was a knock off item but before bidding on them I double checked photos and description to ensure they weren't but they were. Thirdly, one item was not the same color as the picture of the item. And lastly, an item that said it was brand new, came broken. I have tried reaching out multiple times but I never got an answer on what to do or how to get money back.
I am so gald to meet Jasinima and Gracie, they are really nice to help me when I had questions. The things in this store are nice with best price and good quality. Difinitely will come back to the store.
