Very poor customer service. Too bad to see a store like this does not really appreciate customers experience. And they think it’s ok to say I don’t need you to be a customer. It is shocking and very unprofessional. Because of the person who works there, I will not ever shop this brand again although I love their products very much.

Purchased a fundraiser coupon pack , I've had no problems redeeming any of the coupons except the L'occitane free mini facial. It has been explained to me that no purchase was necessary for any of the coupons, it even states on the back of the coupon that no purchase is necessary. I call to book an appointment and the lady says that although it states that on the back, because its a high traffic season and they're quite busy, it is EXPECTED of me to purchase the products I like. I might've purchased something following my facial but I'm completely over it. Didn't book an appointment, not planning on stepping foot into the store. Completely out of integrity. Weirdly enough, the store is empty every time I pass by so that "busy season" comment was just unnecessary.
