Worst customer service experience I have ever had in a store in years. Purchased a product for 75, then the next day they had a 25% sale. Asked if they can do a price guarantee, no. I bring back everything for a return and purchase over 200 in product. Instead of refunding my product with the get, they do a flat discount. Ok, so I come back the following day to make a return on products since they didn't agree with me. The girl was rude, saying I only came for the gift with purchase and its my fault for using their product even though I didn't know beforehand, and then told to bring back any free samples I got with my purchase, free samples that the staff give out to their friends I've seen on multiple occasions who buy nothing from the store. Kiehl's in Southgate mall can forget any future business, with the gall and aggression I faced it clearly shows they don't want my business, and the fact that a 200 purchase before taxes doesn't qualify for a gift when u spend 150 shows how much math they learned.

The stuff they sell is really quite good, but going in the store almost makes it not worth it, with so many good competing products. During my visit just now, I was asked 4 times, in the space of only 4 minutes, if I "was still doing alright". It's a small shop... If I had questions, they'd know about it. I know they thought they were being helpful, but it just makes one feel like a suspected shoplifter. And honestly, the prices are way too high. It's moisturizer...let's not get ahead of ourselves.
Whenever I go into Kiehl's, I'm always blown away by the customer service! I am already in love with the products, but friendly and informative service is key! An employee named Jasmine at the Southgate location was so kind and caring about my concerns and questions. She offered me plenty of samples and offered to do a personalized skincare review! Very impressed by her generosity :)
Such an idiots i was there to recycle the bottles and nobody helped because they were busy filling the friends and family discount list ! To me which means: they don't respect customer's time !!
