Wasif and his team at ICARE PHARMACY are not only incredibly proficient and highly knowledgeable of all medications, they actually really care about their clients and always act in their best interest. Wasif always makes time for any questions I may have about myself or my daughter. He is always concerned whether our medication is working as it should and is always willing to listen to any concerns we have. He has also been in contact with my doctor to ensure my medications are right for me and stay refilled so I don’t run out. I was pleasantly surprised just how many physicians know Wasif and that they depend on him for medication guidance along with his expert advice on all the new types of medicinal drugs available. Very prestigious! You will not be disappointed if you make a phone call to Wasif so he can handle your pharmaceutical needs or those of your loved ones. You will be in very capable hands there always. And, just when you thought it couldn’t get any better....... They deliver! FREE....!! Oh my goodness, the perfect pharmacy for sure!!! Honestly the best Pharmacy team in town! Extremely knowledgeable, courteous, takes the time to answer all of your questions, proactive care and really has the best interest of their patients at heart. Visited iCare Pharmacy Windermere location a couple of weeks ago. The pharmacist, Wasif, was excellent to deal with me and my GP. He took my blood pressure three (3) times and faxed the info the Dr. for me. I didn't want to increase my medication, but he discussed with my Dr. and advised the action plan. Wasif called me today to follow up how I am doing. I feel that I am cared thoroughly from a pharmacist for the first time in my life! I am certainly going back and I recommend this pharmacy!!!

They are AMAZING. I sent them a photo of my prescription and the medication was delivered to my door with no delivery fee! They also asked if my child preferred a certain flavour and gave us the easy draw lids so drawing meds isn’t messy! Hands down best pharmacy I’ve worked with and their customer service blew me away!
