Hong Kong Bakery is hands down my favourite HK-style bakery in Edmonton. The price point is honestly great and I've never been disappointed with anything. It's a cute little shop in Edmonton's Chinatown. If I had to pick my favourite item, it would be the [Pork and Shrimp Dumpling - 咸水角] (1.10). It's a glutinous rice dumpling fried to perfection! It's super chewy and has a delicious filling. I literally think about this in bed. I also recommend the BBQ Pork Bun, Curry Beef Pie and Custard Pineapple Bun.

You smell the sweet butteriness once you walk in. The Chinese baked buns are all freshly baked. The buns we got all tasted great.
I go to this place for over a decade, maybe 2 decades... My family comes to this place too. Their products always taste great and fresh. They don't skimp on ingredients and very good portions/sizes. Must check them out.
Very Good pastries. And they also deliver which is great and when you need to satisfy your craving for sweets. Their desserts are very light, not too sweet, and they offer so much variety!
