I just had a front/rear dash cam installed in my car. I was really impressed with the work that was done. As a 45 year veteran of the audio industry, I've always had good equipment in my vehicles and I'm really picky about who touches my car. After seeing Darcy's attention to detail, I won't hesitate to use them again. In fact, I took a bunch of their business cards to hand out to my customers who demand the best. (BTW, I just do home audio, not 12v at all.) F/X Audio is definitely the best in Edmonton!

I actually never purchased anything from here. To make a long story short, these guys helped me out for free and were very courteous setting up my command start remotes that I purchsesed elsewhere. I just wanted to show some gratitude and spread the word. I would recommend this place for the simple fact that these guys seemed really genuine with their costumers.
Was treated very very well by these awesome, honest people. They found an alternator whine after just an hour of diagnostics. Could’ve easily charged 3-4 hours for this (likely what any other shop would’ve done). Also they squeezed me in as they knew I was coming from out of town. Hard to find people you can trust but these guys are awesome. Definitely will continue to shop here. Thanks again guys for your help.
FX Audio was the only shop willing to try to install an american factory stereo with a completely different connector wiring harness. They accomplished this and helped out by ordering one missing radio connector which came in within a few days. They installed that for free even though they had to remove the stereo unit a second time, which was nice. Everything works perfectly, and my new backup camera is seemlessly integrated into the new headunit. Well done.
Bought a used remote starter from this place. Staff was very helpful, shout outs to Wayne for actually grabbing me the remote all the way from their Spruce Grove store, was pretty good customer service there.
