LeeAnn Roz and team were exceptional throughout our move and mortgage process. Within 3 days of contacting LeeAnn we needed to have our new pre-approval completed as we needed to get into the Ottawa housing market on a fast Military posting from Edmonton (all during COVID). LeeAnn was able to get us a lower rate than we currently had, and did it within 48 hours enabling us to secure our home fast. Afterwords LeeAnn was instrumental in dealing with the legal team and realtors (in both Ottawa and Edmonton), making this process very smooth for us.
