Horrible customer service.. make sure you dont get tricked into the "if it doesnt fit of course you can bring it back". Meaning only for exchange not return. Will never return horrible customer service, so happy I have a shirt that doesnt fit and i will now never wear

If you are in need of larger size shoes (13 or 14) this is the place for skate/casual shoes. I always manage to find something and the staff are super friendly

Bought some shoes, got them home and noticed some defects in the rubber and stitching, they are trying to say I wore them so I can't exchange them but I literally tried them on in the store and brought them home yesterday. Will be lodging a complaint with consumer protection services, BBB & DC. Avoid this place!
