Great company! I would refer this company to anyone for all your storage needs. They are very friendly and accommodating to all my requests. They will do whatever it takes to make sure my needs are met in a timely manner.
I am very disappointed with the service I received from this provider. I used them for my long distance move. Our pod took 5 days to get from the warehouse in the destination city to our exact destination because they said they didn’t have a pre-booked delivery date, which I had confirmed in an email. To make it worse, there was damage caused to two dressers that they would not fix or reimburse even tho we used their recommended movers to pack the pod, all furniture was wrapped in moving blankets (documented by photos) and the bolts inside the pod were what caused the damage (also documented by photos). They said it was a “self-service” move and our responsibility to ensure the safety of the pod’s contents even tho every reasonable precaution was taken and we purchased their additional insurance. Don’t use this service. It wasn’t as much of a savings compared to a full service move as they made it seem and the service was terrible.
I have been very pleased with our experience with Cubeit. The staff were informative, up front and very friendly. They went through the contract agreement with me; delivered the unit on time and placed it exactly where we requested. The cost of delivery and the monthly charges were much cheaper than their competitors. The exceptional service and cheaper fees mean I will continue to use Cubeit for our home storage needs.
