Every time we have called for service, product orders, or for billing inquiries, we have always received personalized, friendly service. Their techs are always so easy to work with and are happy to show you how to fix things or different ways of working with the products. The few times we have called for billing they are quick to respond and so very easy to talk to. Cindy always answers with a smile in her voice that is completely genuine and brings a little joy into your day. And Christopher - I think you are part of our family too! Whenever we need something, you are always there with suggestions or help - and there is never any pressure to buy something! Definitely recommend this company and these wonderful people!

Photocopiers are so not sexy... but wait until they don't print to see how excited everyone gets!!! Chris and his entire team from CBS are rock stars. In fact, they were just here this morning to swap out our five-year old machines for brand new ones. Thinking about our experience with CBS, I have nothing but good things to say. We switched to CBS a few years ago and have been very happy by both the machines and the service. Our account manager Mark is always available to help out and answer questions. The few times we have needed service the techs have been very fast and knowledgeable. The printer itself has so many features that make our lives easier like tri-folding and stapling! We felt that Mark really listened to us, and considered our printing needs and budget to help find a perfect printer for us.
We have been using Corporate Business Solutions for over a year now and are very happy with the quality of the equipment, responsiveness of staff, and all aspects of our professional relationship.
