My daughters school ordered chrome books through them. Literally took 6 weeks to get my daughters chrome book and they are in the same city as me! No responses from employees until I threatened to leave a bad review after being told from my daughters school that they shipped it out at 4 weeks time. Then some lady called and left a voicemail saying hi your daughters chrome book is ready for shipping! Like okay you said it shipped 2 weeks ago. They lie and don’t respond and are SUPER dis organized. This is a lazy company don’t ever do business with them! My daughters elementary school told me the same thing that their fed up with the lack of communication and professionalism.

Reaching anyone through their phone system is almost impossible. Their response times to reply to messages is unacceptable. Somehow my HP RMA request landed on their desks... after over a week I still had nobody on-site to replace a vital server component. Even HP Enterprise support could not get through to them to get a status update. They give me the direct phone Nr. of the person in charge... no answer or responses from their end. We ended up to cancel the authorization for Warranty Repair and HP sent a engineer out directly... After waiting for CompuGen for over a week - HP got it done directly within 24 h. I would not trust CompuGen with any of my clients or HP Server repairs at all. Very disappointing for a Canada-wide company of their size.

Yea we use them at work. Slow service, the guy that does the computer changeouts only does the minimum of work he has to then leaves. will not even hook it up or set up anything on it.
