Great repair job on my computer.

First time customer. I needed an older video card for my computer and I had phoned almost every computer store in Edmonton. A & A computers was my last stop. The owner had told me what I wanted was a very old part but he will look around to see if he had the video card. To my delight, he had what I wanted and told me to come down to get it installed. Everything was done to my expectations and highly recommend this computer store. I will come back to this store for further business. Thank you for a great experience.
My mom took her desktop to A&A computers in Callingwood for repair. The computer was prompting her to insert her Windows disk to reinstall. She was initially told one price for the diagnostics and repair. Confirmed this price after the computer was diagnosed and then when it came time to pick it up she was given a much higher price. It would be fair to charge more if another issue was uncovered that required repair after calling and confirming the work was wanted but that was not the case. Not even 3 weeks after the computer was hooked back up it crashed. A&A did not warranty their work and was unwilling to look at the computer without payment. A&A Computers not only took my moms money the first time but wanted more money and ended up leaving her without a computer. They showed no regard for the situation and provided less than satisfactory customer service. I would very strongly recommend NOT taking your electronics here for repair.
We use A&A for all our computer & IT needs and they are amazing! We couldn't be happier with their service. They always are there for us if we have a technical problem. 10/10!
