This sorting office is just past Edmonstown primary school. It's an awkward place to get to if your don't have a car. The staff there were so nice and extremely helpful efficient and friendly.

Giving three stars as the staff are always very helpful but my trip here two days ago was a complete fiasco. A member of staff reversed at speed into the public car park coming directly towards me and despite multiple beeps didn't stop. I had to roar out the window at him and that seemed to stop him just short of crashing into us. My mum would have been in bad way had he done so. I was livid at this point. He then proceeded to jump out of the car and run inside to see to customers. When I got in to collect my parcels he was rude to the gentleman in front of us and when it was our turn he said that although the parcels were in the bacl they weren't due to be delivered until the following day and was doing me a favour by giving them to me now. Between his dangerous driving and appalling customer service I don't think I'll be coming here too often. I will be making a formal complaint with an post about this. Usually amazing and do, do good work. But have not attempted to deliver packages recently, no buzzing, no knocking on the door. No alternative communication methods for people that are hard of hearing and cant call them directly or travel due to Covid19. Been over a month now with no response.
An Post need to sort the parking out. There is no space for customers to park as it is absolutely full of An Post vans.
Absolutly no parking available for customers. All spaces take up with an post vans. I made 3 attempts to collect a package on Monday and had to leave without it. I counted 12 an post vans on one occasion
Had an issue with undelivered mail, was dealt with efficiently and arrived in the end.
Not a great service from an Post. They could make better efforts to deliver the parcels. This place is difficult to get in and put of and you need a car.
