This is a revised review. The initial encounter was fine, later however my opinion went quickly down hill. I was asked to take several tests which I quickly followed up on. Then I never received a follow up from them with the test results; I did however receive lots of bills. I called and asked for a call back to discuss the results. Two weeks go by, no contact. I call again and ask for my records to be transferred to my primary care, they asked me to hold and then hung up on me. My advice, avoid this clinic at all cost.

Dr.Grier did the cystoscopy to check my prostate and bladder areas and it did not hurt and was quite easy to go through. Uncomfortable but well done, brief, and professional. Easy to see what is good or what is not. The after affects were very minimal. I saw Ms. Shick at one visit too and she is very knowledgeable and informative. I recommend Sound Urology

Avoid these clowns at all cost!! Will say the doctor I worked with was completely competent, but the support staff must be employed purely to troll the general public. Need to call? Leave a message that will never be returned. Have a prescription that needs to be refilled? Rest assured the wrong prescription will be sent to the pharmacy after 72 hours, assuring that their follow up response wont be for another 3 days to resolved. Have been with 2 other Urologists prior and these are far and away the most incompetent, unprofessional tools I've ever had the misfortune of working with. Am driving 30 minutes out of my way to a competitor that answers the phone.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!!!! This place does not even deserve one star!!! They were SO rude to me the morning that I was there for surgery!! If I hadn't had an IV in my arm and been in a gown I would have left!!! Dr. Grier was incredibly rude!!! I was told that since I had to have emergency surgery the friday before my lithotripsy I had already inconvenienced them once!!!!! Who says that to a patient???!!!! They did NOT listen to my concerns!!! This was the 6th time I've had lithotripsy so I knew what was coming and they did NOT listen to anything I had to say!!!!! Not to mention the surgery area is very ghetto!!! I will NEVER go back!!! Nor will I EVER send anyone I know there!!! Stay away!!! It was the worse experience I have ever had with any Urology Dept!!!!! I assured the Doctor that he need not worry!!!! I will NEVER inconvenience them again!!!
