There is absolutely nothing wrong with David’s appliances. The man is very nice and obviously done business in Edmond for time. However, it appears that for whatever reason he has become involved with some less than forthcoming characters. Innovative financing. Which should really say “ shady rent to own trickstest”. Our refrigerator gave out shortly after moving. I saw David’s appliances on a list of EPS sponsors. So it seemed like a good idea. We applied for financing online, it was approved and my husband proceeded to pick one out and sign contracts etc. Fast forward 15 months. Covid hits, husband is furloughed and fridge payment is late. The man from the “ finance company” calls and wants the refrigerator back because “ it’s leased not financed”. Threatens legal action and he even had the nerve to laugh at some point in the conversation. Bottom line... if you can’t pay cash don’t go here. No offense to the elderly gentleman who owns it.

I hear its been around for years and ran by a great man (David). I bought a heating element for our oven almost a year ago and it didn't fit......fast forward to present went back to David's appliance to hopefully get a refund or get something that will work. I was skeptical that I will be able to get a refund or a exchange because I didn't have the receipt. Well I was never asked for a receipt and received great service and a exchange. Thank you David for great service and good values.
I called about a used dryer. Was told they had some small new dryers that were small and very reasonably priced. I went in and did buy the dryer. It was perfect for me I and so far works great. I wouldn't have bought it if there had been pushy sales people. They weren't at all. Everyone was very nice, polite and helpful. I will return in the future and recommended to family, friends and coworkers.
I had an amazing experience today. I came in with my son and husband. They honored their price. They answered our questions. They were friendly. They even helped us load our brand new Whirlpool stove. I highly recommend. They also do rent to own. When it is time for a new refrigerator, they will be my first thought.
