Bought two NEW lenses three days ago, one shows up with dust INSIDE the lens elements. All they want to do is give me a 50 off coupon on my next purchase. I don’t think so!!! You either replace the lens, refund me my money, orrrr I file a claim with my bank, with Sony AND the Better Business Bureau.

If you purchase Google products, note that you won't receive any support from Google directly. Google says they are not an authorized seller, although Buydig claims being one. This situation could have an impact on your shopping/ return experience. I ordered two Google Buds, both defective. After long conversations and several inquiries, I was finally able to get refunds.
Very poor customer service. Reps are very rude. I was trying to get clarification on the cancellation of my order. Despite the terrible reviews and experience from other consumers, I decided to give BuyDig a fair chance. I was very disappointed. I will be taking my business elsewhere. The long wait times and rude customer service is not worth my time.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!! , be careful if you are buying online from them they sell you items for new brand price but you will receive a heavy used item instead. They don't care about customers and totally they are not helpful to consider anything after they sell you . I bought one item from them through ebay as described it suppose to be brand new , but i received very heavy used item totally not working with spots of oil and bad smell even , they will only keep just saying sorry. without any refund or consideration to any circumstances !!! PLEASE BE CAREFUL.!!!*
