Long life to that shop... will go there really soon to get my Morphy Richards spare parts too...

So impressed with this business. Fast, friendly service and very reasonable prices. Can't fault them!
I needed a replacement head for the vacuum and they sorted it in seconds. Nice, simple and easy. Only downside is they don’t take cards, so make sure to grab cash first.
Bought a hoover from them and had the worst service i've ever recieved. Refused to fix what was an obviously a faulty machine. Refused to even look at it, then said it was the manufacturers responsibility, which i then had confirmed by the manufacturer it's infact the shops responsibility. At this point i'd even pay but no help at all from shop and a brand new hoover will be going in the bin and none of us will be using the shop again and advising others the same. First time i've ever had a shop refuse guarantee, nevermind money to fix an issue covered by said guarantee. If John Wayne fixed Hoovers. P.s Just found out from manufacturer they're not authroised to sell their Hoovers, so they can't offer me guarantee either and i'm having to pursue my consumer rights now.
