I have recently purchased a violin bow from Tim Wright's Fine Violins. He is a very friendly, welcoming and helpful person who helped me find an amazing bow and was very supportive when I was hesitating between the many wonderful bow and violin options he showed me. He very kindly played the instruments for me, so I could do a blind test and really choose them by sound. I recommend this play to every musician, you won't be disappointed! I'll be coming back :)
Tim is not only a good violinist but also a very friendly, kind and knowledgeable dealer. The maker's stories of his instruments on the website are very interesting to read and you will see his love for his instruments. He gave me lots of useful advice and honest opinions even when I brought violins from other dealers. Very trustworthy!
Tim was so helpful when introducing my daughter (8) to the violin and looking into buying one. We knew nothing about the instrument and he was helpful, patient and keen to answer our basic questions. The service and price were good so we bought a 1/2 size student model that hopefully has started her on a violin learning journey.
